Rude they will hung up on you they don’t care for hospital bill 10 years old I don’t remember Debra very rude don’t waist your time and call they will not listen talking to my attorney today will see what happen

I owed the hospital for the birth of my son and some hospital bills for both my kids when they were really sick. I was served 2023 for part of it I paid it off in only a few months. I was served again this year for the rest of the amount I called right away and made arrangements and a payment. I missed a month they got a judgment to wipe out my whole account $1600. The next month I made another payment and couple days later found out they were now garnishing 25% of my checks. If I would have known I would have just not made a payment it’s pointless to even try. I tried talking to them and everything is my fault I didn’t return a document and they will just talk to you like you’re nothing. I didn’t remember needing to fill anything out and returning it I called and said I wanted to do this much a month and I got an okay. I remember calling the second month to make a payment and the lady told me you don’t have to call every month I can send you a link to pay and I started using the link.you have to be careful and keep track of all your receipts, I have a very bad memory and it could be me but I don’t remember missing any payments at all. Hopefully I don’t owe the hospital any more after this is done if I do I wont even bother trying they’re gonna just wipe you out anyways. I given them almost 3 thousand in the last two years and $1700 in the last two months and I have small children that are in daycare. At the end of the day I know I owe it but this is a lot in a short amount of time. Hopefully this helps someone else in a similar situation!

Terrible customer service. My garnish company told me I could call goodman and have them retract my garnish as long as I set up a payment plan. Then I call and talk to this bumnard guy and he tells me "you forgot to call me back and set up a plan, so now there's nothing I can do do help you" Straight bum he/she was. All because they where upset I didn't call back fast enough

Timothy J. Frost told me, when discussing finances issues and payment plans, that “I should’ve made better life choices”. They have no sympathy and are not working in your best interest.

The pure definition of a minion for a slumlord. These people are okay with going after peoples money under unlawful circumstances and being morally corrupt for a dollar. Scam artists. It's perfectly fine though, you'll be hearing from me 😊.

This place should be shut down they are nothing but liars! They never called me for anything or contacted me for anything. They started garnishing my wages and they said that I was served with papers which did not happen! This company is crooked and should be shut down!

Frost is a judgmental personality with nothing better to do than belittle people. Not only have they clear my son's savings account, but they also are cleaning out my wifes account. They also don't for warn you and instead use tactics that are predatory. If you want to fight this on Google go right ahead. Nothing I said is a lie. Congrats on being a grade A you know what

Horrible service horrible people. Who takes $200 a week from someone? Much less for some so called hospital visits from 2015. Hospital says they have no record of me coming in then. 1,100 for 4 hospital visits I never made. Didn't like it when I called him a scam. Truth hurts sometimes

The owner, partner of this firm reached out me today in response to a voice mail I left regarding numerous legal documents sitting out on a desk with debtor information at the post office. He said that my husband called and left a message. And asked for him by name, based only on a caller ID. My husband never contacted this firm. While I was trying to help them, instead he proceeded to tell me he never even listened to the voice mail and then proceeded to act very unprofessionally. I asked him of he was an attorney as I was completely shocked by his behavior and he wouldn't answer me. I am floored that any professional business owner would handle business regarding his own firm in this way. The post office put them at risk and also several people who have business with them, and yet, while I was trying to help them, he only wanted to argue.
