I hired Mr. Colovos to get my fiancee out of jail. When I gave him the retainer, I was not able to get ahold of him. He didn't return any of my calls. Instead he went to my job and asked an employee where his girlfriend was. He also disclosed information about the case to her. I didn't know until she called me and let me know. He sexually harrsssed me and did nothing for my fiancee. When he went to see my fiancee, the only thing he was concerned about is how did she put up with you for 10 years. He ended up getting out of jail for false imprisonment.

I hired this lawyer and his firm and I can safely say I will never hire him again . I had a serious matter he didn’t do anything that I could and did get myself I still had to pay over a 1000 for probation cost still had to do a bunch of community service he is lazy needless to say he put minimal effort and charged me thousands of dollars. Please save yourself the added headache and stress read all the reviews please save your money for a decent lawyer

I had the privilege of hiring Mr Colovos to represent me. He was professional and prompt to reply to me. He was always kind and had good interaction with the Judge.

We hired Bill to work my husband’s DUI case. We had hired another guy who seemed timid and afraid of the court system, Bill was the total opposite. He came out the gate swinging and getting things done. We live in Texas and were being told that my husband had 14 days to turn himself in or be found in contempt. Bill went to the judge and handled this himself. My husband did not have to turn himself into the court. When the trial date arrived, we noticed that my husband’s name was not on the docket. The prosecuting attorneys office had dismissed the case but did not make anyone else aware of that fact. Keep in mind, we had to fly from Texas, get a rental car and hotel accommodations which all came out of our pocket. This upset Bill more than us. He then demanded that the case be dismissed with prejudice (they cannot come back and try to charge him later) to which the court agreed. Bill is also taking things a step further and helping us recoup some of the money spent since they could’ve told us earlier that the case was dismissed. My only regret is not hiring Bill first. If you’re looking for someone to fight for you, then this is your guy!

Retained services. Hands down the worst attorney I have retained. Where do I even start? I wish I would write my entire story and tell how bad the experience was. False promises, not filing things on time, charges premium lawyer rates however literally the documents had spelling mistakes and called defendant the plaintiff and vice versa. I have a family case and had dire consequences because of his negligence. Please take my advice and go some where else. You will not regret it. I dont want anyone else to go through what I did.

Bill was the absolute best attorney I could have ever asked for! Not only did he listen to me, but he believed me that I was innocent of the crime I was being accused of. He was honest with me about all the steps or possible outcomes. By hiring Bill Colovos and following his expert legal advice, he got my case dismissed!! That was 100% ALL Bill's doing! He KNOWS how to talk and work with judges and prosecutors. I have a 100% clean record before and now thanks to Bill, I continue to. I have never been that person "in trouble" with the law. I couldn't believe I found myself in a situation where I was in trouble due to accusations of another. This situation cause me SO much stress and anxiety, Bill will treat you like family, he answered my texts even when late at night when I was worried about my case. Whether you are guilty or innocent, I 100% KNOW Bill will be your best chance at the best outcome for your case.

Bill was pleasant from the onset. He was true to his word that he would not sugar coat things or make unachievable promises. During all steps of my defense, Bill treated each scenario as if it were his own life and reputation on the line, while welcoming questions and open discussion along the way. Ultimately, I was allowed to make my own decisions while considering his wise input and guidance without an overpowering, overpriced "shark" breathing down my neck. I highly recommend Bill's services and would not hesitate to hire him again if needed.

I have been very lucky to have found Bill Colovos. I seem to get myself in trouble more than I would like. Bill is not the first attorney that I have needed to hire. I am not rich and Bill is not cheap however he has never let me down. I went to trial with Bill and the result was not guilty. Recently I had two cases against me; and the result was case dismissed. I am a working man so when I say Bill is not cheap what I am saying is that his fee's hurt but the alternative would have been much more expensive. If you are in serious trouble I would recommend Bill; if I find myself in any more trouble I would do whatever it would take to hire Bill. I say that because I value my freedom and I know that Bill gets that and I trust him. To be honest, Bill can sometimes be frustrating because he may not explain what he is doing; however the more I get to know Bill the less I worry about the strategy. I have never spent a day in jail for a case Bill was handling and he was always there with me if I had to deal with turning myself in or any problems I had with police.
