When my son was born, I consulted over 5 different lawyers before I met John danielski. He understood my case and never lied, instead he took me step by step through the case and what I was looking at in regards to my custody case that I had with my son. Mr. Bishop has been beyond professional and helpful through this entire process, and so has his team. I chose John based on the other reviews that I read. Therefore, I made sure that I returned to also write a review to help the next parent who is in a panic, and don’t know what to do. John is the most professional and responsive attorney I’ve ever hired. My situation was extremely time sensitive and he, along with the assistance of his partner burned the midnight oil to prepare my brief in order to be able to submit my request for an emergency hearing. Now I will say, he is not the warm and fuzzy type that is going to nurture you, hold your hand or wipe tears lol. HOWEVER, he is focused like a laser when you are explaining your situation and he is brainstorming ways on how to approach it. If you want results from an attorney with experience to help you fight, this is your guy. He will tell you the plan, and the reason why that’s the plan. He responds to emails and will never leave you in the dark. In the end, he literally managed to get me exactly what I wanted as far as the custody arrangement. The judge even seemed to respect him. She outright stated that I have a very good attorney. I agree.

Another WARNING,Don't hire this Yaya. He's far from professional. Read the reviews and of course he always puts the blame on his client. Never is he wrong, that should tell you about him right there. I hired him in Feb 2020 ( beginning of lockdowns, closings and covid pandemic) . I was unable to get my substance abuse evaluation until September 2020 (went past his 6 month time frame in contract) had all my paperwork sent in by October. He obviously never looked at it till I called him in December. Bottom line now in Feb 2021, he did nothing for me, the pandemic wasn't an excuse. It was for me because I didn't want to get my family sick and also lost my father in May 2020(whom I lived with). Well Bo kept my money and and did nothing for me. Thank you Bo. By the way, I got my license back without a lawyer. Let's see what Bo has to say.

I called him and was able to set up a meeting very quickly. I found him to be personable, knowledgeable and straight forward. I hired him. He handled my divorce to my great satisfaction.
