Got a lawyer there for my ssi never met her once and receptionist wont let me talk to her when i want worst mistake ever.how do you treat your clients like that.

I hired John for what turned out to be a simpler divorce case. I believe it would have been more complicated but for John's preparedness and negotiation style. The opposing lawyer seemed unwilling to argue and settled each point as we requested (granted my offers were completely fair, but fair is often argued). I appreciate John's knowledge of the law and his clear and concise communication style. I would definitely hire him again if the need arises.

Do not hire this guy! He is incoherent and not prepared. He laid everything out before he got his retainer. After that he delayed talking about a report he needed. He did call me twice and left a message for me to give him a positive review about getting my license back. I hired him for a custody case! After a while he threatened to withdraw with no refund cuz he had no report for mediation. After asking him if this is mediation, I told him I already did a mediation and it didn't work. I also told him lawyers aren't required for a FOC mediation. I told him I will go myself, get a report because he couldn't and we will proceed. No need for me to pay him for a mediation that i already did. The mediation was actually a referee hearing. I was charged $500 for having to reschedule. I called Bodo immediately and he said he did not know that would happen and he would take care of it next hearing. He showed up less than himself. He smelled of something he drank, and spoke to himself out loud in court. The people behind me said oh my god who is that, to I replied my lawyer. He talked about things that had nothing to do with my case and the referee scolded him about not showing up and told him it was unprofessional. On the way out he laughed and said the ref got you for $500. The court appointed guy looked at me, shook his head and walked away. I then stopped payment on his check and told him he needs to make right on the $500. He quickly served me with papers. He then showed up at my next hearing and served me more papers. He also gave my ex my documents, which is not only unprofessional but may be illegal. Do yourself a favor, do not hire this guy. Look on the internet for his reviews. He didn't have any positive reviews till after I told him I couldn't find a positive one on him. Then one a month popped up. Don't be like me do your homework. I would have given zero stars but I had to give one

I wish I could give Mr. Bishop 10 Stars! He has been awesome. He got back with me right away after I called. Everything has gone perfectly with my case. Thanks so much Mr. Bishop! I plan on referring lots of people to you.
