Me and my mother would like to thank Mr.Speck we were in a situation didn't know how to handle it but knew we were in a legal matter I feel without Mr. Speck's knowledge and expertise my mother would have given up. He came and visited her and brought her spirits back up .

Everyone at the office was super friendly and helpful! There were a couple hiccups with my particular case (my own fault ) and Megan handled them quickly and with ease. I cannot thank Mr. Speck enough for his representation.
His professionalism, skill, knowledge and honesty navigated my tenant/ landlord case to a successful outcome resulting in my landlord having to correct hazardous code violations, obtaining a Cert of Occupancy for the property and a new lease because the one I had signed was riddled with violations of the law including overcharging on security deposit.
These kind of landlords are bullies in and out of the court room and Mr. Speck helped me stand up to mine and win!

I retained Blake Speck to represent me for a matter with the City of Taylor for $750. After the prosecuting attorney called me back, I was able to get it dismissed on my own. Blake agreed to refund $600, but when I went to pick the check up he explained that he had changed his mind about how much he was willing to refund and gave me a check for $550. I signed the paper and agreed to it, but the subterfuge and lack of integrity left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't use their services again.
