Aaron Speck accomplished getting my legal issue resolved, even after 2 other attorneys couldn't. After fighting for over a year to force the sale of my house I hired Aaron. I had 2 diiferent attorneys that just kept taking my money, and not getting anything done. I finally had enough and found Aaron's law office, hired Aaron and couldn't believe how fast he got things done. Aaron got a court ruling in my favor in less than 2 months. Aaron went to battle for me with knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. He was very attentive to my feelings and concerns. And, made me feel confident in decisions I made about my case. He was very very fair in his cost, so fair I hired him to represent me again.

I consulted with William Babut twice over chapter 7 bankruptcy and was assured because I am current on my auto loan and mortgage I would recover a lot easier from filling the bankruptcy because that would help me rebuild my credit. These two loans would STAY on my report helping me in the long run. I filled the bankruptcy based on the fact I would be able to recover much easier from it because I have absolutely NO INTENTION of giving up my car or home. Come to find out my bankruptcy was granted and Babut Law offices failed to respond to the reaffirmation agreement for my mortgage and autoloan. This being my first time filling for such an unfortunate situation, I didn't know there was additional forms that had to be signed and filled out otherwise I would have been on them. I PAID this firm to do the job they said they would do. Babut law blamed it on their paralegal not sending me the forms to sign to return to their creditors even though they never even checked to make sure everything was done accordingly with my case on the issue. I was just notified today by William Babut that there is nothing they can do to fix their error so my mortgage and my autoloan was completely dropped from my credit report so those no longer count on building my credit. I now have to go outside my means and find a credit card or another loan which is not what I wanted to do because of their error. This should have never happened... Do NOT go here. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your $1100 and then just say they they messed up but at least you can walk away from your car or house if you want to...even though you were told differently when you went in 2 times for a consultation. This is your life. Find an attorney that follows through on what you ask of them. It is your life that will be affected and your credit you will have to work on. You're just money and forms to this place, they don't care. Their defense was that not every attorney does reaffirmation of certain debts, HOWEVER that was a service THEY advertised to me. Otherwise I could have found another attorney. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

Very easy to deal with at a great price. Very responsive. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me .
