This law office is absolutely wonderful. I talked to a Gentleman by the name of Blake Speck today. He took time to talked to me about how things work when a parent passes away. Because his spouse will not give us anything of his. He spent a while explaining what I would have to do. Step by step for free. What a wonderful Man He is. Thank you so much again Blake. Called in and got some critical information in regards to possible legal avenues here in my future. In 15 minutes had a plan to attempt to manage and mitigate the current legal hurdles. Very knowledgeable on rental real-estate. Thank you for your understanding and help.

Got some horrible legal advice from this firm, so bad they promised to refund my money, drove all the way to yspi to get it and of course they only accept cash and wrote me a check for $300 less than what they owe me. You know it's bad when an attorney refunds money ....lol but too cheap to refund it all. Then calls the cops to try getting me in trouble for trust passing when I had the check in my hand they just handed me😂 cop warned me not to come back, but laughed too that they really thought I was going to get a ticket when I had proof of why I came ony hand. Only problem was it was less than promised. Said I will protest in Taylor, 1st was told they don't have a Taylor office by the receptionist then told the cops would come and arrest me if I did. They really don't know the law. It's perfectly legal to protest on the sidewalk. Save your money and find a lawyer that knows the law!! Go fig I'm not the only one they ripped off lots of 1 Star reviews!

Blake helped me with a residential client who was taking us to small claims court after she praised us for our work. Something changed later down the road as she decided she was going to try and sue us for 3 times more than what the job was originally for. I brought the case to Blake as I was very distraught.
