I reached out to John as a friend and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I very short order he was able to guide thought the process and give me sound legal advice as well as predict various scenarios that would best fit me and my personal situation.

When my son was born, I consulted over 5 different lawyers before I met John danielski. He understood my case and never lied, instead he took me step by step through the case and what I was looking at in regards to my custody case that I had with my son. He is a pitbull in the courtroom, and fights for your rights until the very end. I know John does mostly divorces and family law but I came to him because I got hit in the head with a bottle at a nightclub by a drunken idiot. I was left with a large scar in the middle of my forehead. No one else wanted to take my case. But John took it and turned what other lawyers said was a losing case into a large settlement. I would love hire John for anything!!

I came to John out of money, exhausted and afraid, he lowered his retainer for me and took my case. I was worried that I would not get a fair divorce as my husband always controlled everything. But at the very first hearing he started getting me alimony, something I desperately needed and am still receiving to this day. Without him, I don't know what would've happened to me.

Well, what can I say. John Danielski went above and beyond and never gave up on our case. This court battle lasted 2 years, yes I said 2 years. We had a Judge that retired, then we were reassigned a Judge who didn't care and on his way out to retire too. This Judge postponed court hearings. I felt like he was just trying to make sure his court was full everyday. The Family Court systems needs to be completely changed. I've found that they've never had the children as their main focus. It's about making money and filling the pockets of all the people they make you go see, and again, filling the court room up. This Judge never started on time. It would be great to schedule people for 9 am and then don't even walk into the courtroom until 10am. Acting like we are putting him out. As many times as we went to court, he never knew anything about our case. Couldn't even remember seeing the kids, twice. It was ridiculous. No regard for the children, for the working family who don't get paid when they take so many court dates off. So many therapist, psychologist's, Doctors, etc. it was sad. It was near impossible to see the end of the rainbow, but John was diligent and persevered on getting us what we wanted and what was best for the kids. If we ever need a lawyer again, we won't hesitate to cell John.

Originally, I hired another lawyer for my divorce, and he tried to cram a settlement offer from my ex-wife's attorney down my throat, however, I then decided to change lawyers and hired John. My ex-wife wanted over a thousand dollars of alimony and full custody of the kids, however, after a year long battle, I ended up paying less than $500 a month in alimony, and I received joint custody with 50% parenting time of my kids. I am so grateful to John, and he did it at a reasonable price. Thank you John. SM.

John Danielski is an excellent divorce/family attorney. After many frustrating years in a bad marriage with all the strain on the family, John really had the best interest of myself and the children at the forefront of his mind.
