In helping me with a very emotional situation, Jay was compassionate and empathetic. I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran who struggles with severe anxiety and paranoia issues. There were times that Jay went above and beyond his normal duties to "talk me off the ledge" if you will. I'm sure there were times that his patience with me wore thin and yet he never lost composure, was always extremely respectful, and was truly a blessing to me and my family. Jay was also really great at grounding me and setting realistic expectations. I 10/10 recommend Jay.
