Eric Misterovich was AWESOME! He recently handled, negotiated, and helped write an extensive contract between me and a future business partner, which required a great amount of work on his part to navigate and get right. He did it promptly, professionally, and very well, continually working to ensure that our final contract was ideally tailored to suit the needs of both parties, and (most especially) that I wouldn't end up getting the short end of the stick. He was particularly mindful of some legal subtleties that could have given me future trouble, of which I was not aware. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to navigate and clear those up, so our final contract looks perfect.
