Hired him in the 90 tys for a legal matter. It just went from bad to worse. Stopped communicating after he got the retainer. Lost the case set me a huge bill afterward.

I could've represented my husband better! He never read anything until the weekend prior to Mondays trial. He convinced my husband to take a dismissal because he was not involved with the counselor. IF HE WOULDVE BEEN IN OUR CASE, he would've known that my husband had been trying to FIND out who the counselor even was. Had he of filed the paperwork, when he said he did and charged us for it, he would've known this stuff. He promised to do my husband's case probono next time. Hahaha I won't dare call him AGAIN. So unprepared and never delivered on ANYTHING, but still wants to send us a bill for MORE money! For what? Oh and someone else had the same name as my husband, different spelling in the last name. We received this man's bills, this man's important paperwork as well. Extremely unprofessional and we don't even know who's bill is who's. Save your money. You're better off defending yourself.

Craig started off strong and supportive but once the retainer check was cashed things changed quickly. He will not respond to emails unless I wrote a letter and signed it. He would get very upset with phone calls, he did not ask for evidence that was very important to my case, he uses scare tactics to keep you thinking he is fighting for you, when he has no idea what is going on. Very poor and unappreciated attitude towards myself and my wife. We hired him because we were in a situational asking for help above what our current understanding of the law, I fired him before my preliminary as I felt like I needed better representation. I did ask for our retainer back since we were so little into the case and of course it’s non-refundable. I would hire someone else and avoid Craig at all cost. Now I understand why they keep their doors locked.

Craig is my go to lawyer. I have hired him several times for both criminal and civil issues. Each time Craig has helped to calm my nerves and taken control of the situation. He fights to get you the best outcome and does not stop until he does. He is confident and respected, two great traits in an attorney. I refer him to everyone I know and they have never been disappointed.

The first time I saw Craig in action was during mediation with my ex-husband and his attorney. I was broken, weak, anxious, tired, emotional and unarmed. PS As I've read several of the reviews, I have noticed a few writers referencing that Mr. Elhart is hard to get in touch with… If I may, Craig is out defending the majority the of his days and Judy and the other ladies on his staff do an amazing job at answering questions, relaying important information and messages, which is assuring. And I am here to tell you, if you need to see him personally, he will ALWAYS make time for you!

I have hired Craig a few times. The first case was a small claims case and the second case was more complex. Craig is professional, well respected in our community and surrounding areas, well educated & highly recommended. He is sweet, patient, quick witted but don't let that fool you, he fights like a bull dog. When the opposing party finds out you have hired Craig, they know immediately, you have hired the best. (If there is an opposing party) Having to appear in court, hire attorney's can seem intimidating to most of us, what I like about Craig is that he makes you feel like all be alright. I felt protected and secure each time. I never had to worry about anything, he just took care of it. Let me give you a quick example of what I mean: My last case was somewhat complex, and there were large sums of money being sought after. (The amount was large to me). I never once lost sleep, did not stress, did not talk about it, simply put I just was not worried about it after I hired Craig. The other party on the other hand, was stressed to the max, barely slept, gave up his Wed lunch meetings, gave up his weekly bike rides, basically he gave up a lot until this case was over. My point, you don't have to worry when you hire Craig. His entire team is amazing! I am so impressed with Craig that I have also now hired his firm to represent my two businesses. Every successful business should have an attorney on hand. Craig will be providing vital assistance in almost every aspect of my businesses, from compliance, formal business incorporation, potential liability issues, to some of the smaller tasks like drawing up simple forms that will essentially protect myself and my businesses. I trust Craig and highly recommend him.

Mr. Elhart is honest, professional and dedicated to helping his clients. I would hire him again if I ever needed help. I have to admit that he is expensive, but worth it.

I have a high standard in who and what I stand for and expect the same in someone who stands next to my child ! With that said,I can't say enough thanks to this firm for there stand fast approach to how they handled my son when he was bitten in the face by a very large dog .They all made us family ,and like family dose they protected us and helped deliver a judgment that was fast and fair in a time when most don't care about what u went through, only what they can make for themselves! Not here not ever ,these people are family and take care of you as there own ! Thank you !!

Simply put, Craig is the best attorney in town. He represented me in a criminal traffic matter in 2014. He fought hard an had the charge dismissed. I am confident that had it not been for his representation, I would have not only not been forced to go to trial on the charge, but may have been convicted. He is sharp and fights hard for his clients.

Craig was able to really help me out throughout my case. I truly appreciate all his help and believe that the only reason I am going home this week is his skill and experience with the judicial system. It was great to have Craig on my side. I thank him so much for everything!
