Mika was awesome @ giving me some good info on my case, Great & Awesome Customer Service. I really recommend her everytime. Next time I call I'll be asking to see for if Mika can help me. Gave me Great Direction on Next steps to take & where to call that would mostly give me a better resolution for everything I have & needs from this current situation I've been dealing with for some time now.
