If i could give zero stars. I would. I only worked with their lawyer for 2 weeks, and most of my retainer is gone, even before going to court. Hire a different firm, stay away from this one. Please don’t waste your money and time with this law group. They won’t help you win your case, and they’ll take all your money and won’t refund you. I asked for an itemized bill, the bill was overly inflated, and even after i asked not to work with them, they still continue to charge me. The only answer they gave me was that management denied my request. The lawyer assigned to me actually sent me to court to file my own custody paperwork. I was told there that this was not normal, and that was the lawyer s job. And it was supposed to be filed electronically. And I still got charged for the lawyer making a mistake. The lawyer left me a voicemail prior me agreeing to work with her, and she charged me a large amount for that. When phone calls were less than a minute, she inflated the calls and put down way more time. The calls alone, were used to over charge me , and get most of my retainer. In less than 2 weeks, my retainer of 5 k is almost gone, due to bogus charges.

Attorney Fanfan was great, he has been responsive and always able to answer any questions that I had.

Jason is a stand up guy, he will bend over backwards and go to battle for you with any issue. Highly recommend him to anyone. He is a great listener and a hard worker

The level of comfort we shared from jump is that of lifelong friends. Which is important in times like this. I can tell I have someone in my corner ya know?! It feels good to have that connection when I'm going through this. She's amazing at listening and helping me focus on the situation as it's laid out. So I also feel grounded with her. She's just great!
