Feeling despair, I reached out to Rachel’s office expecting to reach a recording or a receptionist—nope Rachel answered the phone!! Eager to help, She was very patient, compassionate and most of all- she listened. I never felt rushed, she made me feel like I was her only potential client for the day!!
