If you think paying more for lawyer will help you win, you're wrong. They charge over $100 per email and $350/hr. These guys are running a predatory law firm who only cares for money. Read the other negative reviews, those are real. Unless you have money to pay $1k per week until your case is done, trust me don't come here. Save yourself the money and find a more reasonable priced law firm. They will do more if not better and you'll save the money.

I am really upset to have to leave a negative review. After reading reviews and having a meeting with attorney Michael we thought we were in great hands. Unfortunately I ended up being billed for doing 90% of the work correcting his errors and continued to be billed for simple things like spelling errors. As soon as we signed the contract Michael's confidence seemed to disappear. My last bill I got was wrongfully sent after we terminated our services Cordinator Tyler resolved that issue But this left us out of $3,300 wrongfully and unwilling to help us out of the battle we're in and make things right. Because of them we are out this money and a child is suffering. After posting this last time they reached out bribing me to make it right if I removed this. I did and then they stopped communicating with me and no lawyer reached out to me.

I wish I could give less stars they will tell you everything you want to hear to get you locked in the woman who represented me would not let me finish a complete sentence before cutting me off I felt like she did not have my interests as her top priority I would have to call and send numerous emails and it would still take 2 weeks for her to get back to me and as far as the billing is concerned they quoted me at $5000 but once it was all said and done they got the original $5000 retainer then ended up charging me $40 per phone call and on the bill it says all they got was a voicemail so at least $120 just to get a voicemail and hang up $1000 to appear in per person once and the outcome was quite unfavorable they charged me $3000 over what they quoted for a total of $8000 so if you want to be way overcharged for less then mediocre representation this is the firm for you

One lawyer told me if it’s not at lease 5k I’m his pocket he wasn’t doing no case

I highly advise looking into other attorneys, especially for military members. We were getting advice from goldman before any motions were filed. They made it seem open and shut, made us very confident we'd be ok. And then when we retained them it was completely different. My husband's attorney basically sat in hearings and everything she told us was just going with the child support Calc opposing council did. I gave her a mountain of evidence showing my husband's ex was lying in the hearings, she acted like none of it was relevant. Kept advising us that the money my husband would pay his ex was far less than her fees so we might as well settle with her. My husband lost every hearing he went to with goldman. After he started representing himself with my help, we handed over all the evidence Sara ignored, my husband has basically won every hearing since. I'm considering looking into malpractice against goldman considering the attorney did not listen to nor use any of the documentation we had and in the end cost my husband and I considerably. All they want is your money. They will bill you about 1500 weekly but don't really appear to do much work. They just rely on opposing councils work then bill you 350 an hour for needing to speak with them.

They overprice and don’t do any work

Nightmare of an experience. I retained the services of Noor Khoury to represent me. After the initial conversation, Noor consistently did not bother to answer any of my emails or concerns. During court she did next to nothing to try to defend me. Not surprising, since she never bothered to find out most of my side of the story. Seems she was too busy "prospecting" as one of the employees told me. It has been almost two years since my case and my life has been permanently changed for the worse since she was unwilling or unable to represent me in a professional manner. Talked me into a plea deal that I did not want to take under false pretenses. Highly likely that I would have had the same result with a court appointed attorney, perhaps even better. Put absolutely no effort in getting information on my case or working to defend me. My mother passed away a couple months ago and my health is not good but I will do everything in my power to try to find a way to try to clear my name and find justice for what happened to me and the subsequent lack of representation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Paid more then expected.

Failed miserably at what they offer as a “family” based service. More like money pit that has incompetent attorneys like Christine Thompson- Unknowledgeable, lack of skills in court room, finds the easy way out, doesn’t care if screws you over or how it affects whoever is involved. Messy (appearance/personality), unorganized, doesn’t take notes, last minute, careless lawyer. Not sure where they found someone like her (the streets? and taught her what they know? which clearly isn’t much on her part) it landed them a poor review and she should be reprimanded for being so incapable and non-responsive in every which way and form.

My lawyer Michael J. Kelly did everything to make sure that I felt heard and made me feel like I was apart of his family. He helped me get through a tough time.
