I come from Lansing Michigan . Michael owe me nothing he talked to me and sent me straight and gave me good advice . My initial attorney, David S., took a somewhat hands-off approach to my case, prompting me to leave a critical review. In response, they reached out to rectify the situation, and subsequently, I was assigned to Larissa Z., who has proven to be excellent. Despite my case being highly contested, she has kept me thoroughly informed. I deducted stars due to an unauthorized deduction from my bank account, which I suspect was authorized under a "blanket authorization" when I initially retained their services. While I am willing to arrange a payment plan, this experience is unsettling for me.
