UPDATE: Jason Urbie, a client care coordinator, has reached out to me to rectify the situation best he could. He was kind, and heard me out. It's really restored my faith in this firm and makes me believe that they are doing their best to uphold their firm's standards. If you have a problem, ask to speak with him, he will make things right.
