Professional and caring. Took the time to make sure I was happy with what he was going to do for me. A solid follow up to make sure anything extra after the case was needed. Hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do Mr. Lubyansky will be my guy.

We had been trying to collect from a customer for almost two years with out any results. After contacting Mr. Lubyansky and telling him our situation he asked if we were prepared to go to court if we needed to. We said if that is what it will take, then yes. Mr. Lubyansky contacted our customer on our behalf and was able to negotiate a deal that would get us paid over an 8 month time, with the customer accepting penalties if he defaulted from the contract. We will continue to use his legal services when needed, and I would recommend him 100%.
