Working with Rachel Pinch was unexpectedly a pleasure. I had dreaded consulting and hiring a lawyer to work with me on my disability case, but Pinch was professional, understanding, and friendly enough to help put me at ease. She helped me understand every aspect of the process as we proceeded through requesting a hearing and finally going to it, and was always available to answer m questions and help me when I needed assistance.
