Lack of follow-up and responsiveness
“Many blessings!, and finally no call, no follow up from one of the firm attorneys I retained. This concludes how poor unprofessional and irresponsible that is I have to appear in court now in less than 4 hours, and I have no access and tighed up to an appointment prior to and after.”

“Beware of trying to cancel the membership. You'll have to email the request to legalshield and then wait or someone will lie and say you'll owe. There's no contract so you won't owe a dime. I had to file a bbb complaint on them.”
