Hired Bill to handle my mother's estate. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Took care of things quickly and anticipated any problems before they happened. Went on to have him plan my trust as well. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Bill redid our will along with all our estate planning and personal documents. He was extremely thorough, explained everything very well, spoke to us in language we understood, and made special accommodations for our handicapped son.

My wife and I hired Bill Gaggos 14 years ago to advise us on estate planning after we were married. We were especially nervous about getting things done correctly, as my wife brought a 6 year old daughter to our marriage and we also recently had our second daughter (our first together). After meeting and discussing our particular family needs, Bill advised us on a will and trust that would work best for us. After 15 years together, we recently went back to have our trust and will updated to reflect our changes in family and finances. Bill Gaggos gave excellent advice on preparing my trust. He took the time to answer all of my questions (and was patient with me). He did an excellent job preparing the final draft of my trust. Really gave me great advice on trusts, deeds, and advice about sharing a cabin with family members.
