“Worked with associate William Haines to settle up a legal matter for me. Very professional and quick to return calls to keep me updated on proceedings. The associate was very knowledgeable about the issues and provided detailed instructions and advice on how to gather relevant information. He displayed strong organizational skills to keep everything in line. My issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I'm so glad to just be moving on.”

Compassionate and helpful service during difficult times
“Joe and Barbara were outstanding! I hired them to help me with my sister's estate. She did not have a will and I needed to go through probate. They helped me walk through all the steps of selling her house, her car, settling her debts and closing the estate. They did it in a timely fashion with compassion. It was MUCH easier than I thought it would be- because of their help!”

Lack of responsiveness and poor communication
“Law firm has got to be one of the worst. They never return your phone calls. They constantly tell you lies to cover up the previous lies they already told you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Would hate to see someone else go through what I wenth through. Absolute Nightmare”

“Unfortunate experience! Additional lawyer brought in unexpectedly and then billed for it. I strongly recommend that you gain an hour pro bono working agreement in order to get to know whom you are potentially going to work with in the future”

Unprofessional and unethical handling of client matters
“After losing a loved one, that used this law firm I am shocked with their unprofessionalism. I called to let them know their client passed away, they requested a meeting with me, no one spoke about billing. They gave me someone else's information during the meeting which was by phone. Weeks later I received a bill for services that was not disclosed to me prior to the meeting. They have not returned my many phones calls about the bill they have sent me.”
