The intake coordinator Bernita was different than what I received at other law firms. She was a good listener, empathetic and followed the process in detail to acquire all of the needed information. She was personal and her follow-up and care was excellent.

Bernita was so amazing! She was thorough in asking questions and was observant at how sensitive this was is! She listened and asked as many questions as she could to get all the information she could for the lawyer. Highly recommend!
