Another Great Works from Attorney Andrew Ertle and his paralegal Abigail Skimp. Before applying, I believe everyone need to understand that getting the EB2 NIW approval is definitely not a walk in the park. It required lots of works from both the attorney and the applicant himself. Luckily, with the great help from Ellis Porter, my EB2 NIW got approved around 2 months without RFE !
