I reached out to Ellis Porter for a profile evaluation for a potential green card application. Andy, and another paralegal at EP, Emily, took my case and worked with me to put together a EB1-A petition. They helped me every step of the way: right from explaining the immigration process, enumerating required documentation, helping me articulate my work for a better case story, helping my recommenders with their recommendation letters, helping me with my personal statement, and finally, filing the petition. Andy especially was very supportive and on several occasions patiently answered my questions over a phone as well. Overall, I am glad to have worked with Andy and he helped me present the strongest version of my petition to USCIS.

I wish I could provide two separate reviews. I truly appreciate all of Ellis Porter’s assistance throughout my green card process. Sean and Fiona provided invaluable support for my initial I-140 NIW petition, helping clarify the process and providing strong documents and a compelling legal brief that clearly presented my work and its importance to USCIS. They were literally quick, accurate and trustworthy. After my NIW was approved, I continued working with Ellis Porter’s team on my I-485 adjustment of status. Xuemeng filled my I-485 case. Honestly, I am not satisfied with my second attorney (Xuemeng Fitch). Even though she worked precisely, she was not as quick as other attorney of Ellis Porter. The normal replying time for all type of inquiries (even emergency questions) took more than 24h, which is uncommon. I cannot give her more than 2 stars. N-F

Andy Ingebritson did a great job to prepare my application in a short time and NIW was approved in just 40 days with no premium request! I'm planning to work with them for my I-485 application as well when this is current. Ellis Porter immigration firm has done such a great job of putting my case together under 2 months and getting it approved just about 3 months after submission, impressively they did my case without reference letters which as we know take a lot of work and time. AND their price is so reasonable, so big thumbs up to them!
