The case manager was polite and nice although I was disappointed it was not the lawyer that handled my case. But after a couple of months, they were still collecting information from me. Finally, I got upset and demanded them to file my case as soon as possible. I feel the case preparation took too long. It didn’t make me feel the process was really expedite in any way.
