Barbara is by far the best Laywer. She is a strong minded, passionate women who gets things done in timely manner. She is straight to point. I can tell working with her she truly has passion for her work and truly enjoys to help people in need of legal assistance. She was my voice in a horrible situation and represented me with with such ease. I think passion is what makes her the best Laywer. Barb proved to be so extremely knowledgeable as our attorney. We had a situation that she addressed on our behalf that resulted in correcting the local Clerks Office on their process (their process was incorrect based law) and we had a favorable outcome. I can't tell you how happy I was with Barbara, she really cared about my divorce case and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of threw every step of the process. The other side was going to try and get full custody of my son and she made sure that it didn't happen. She blew right threw the other side. Whenever I needed her she was always a phone call away. Always took my calls and gave me the answers I was looking for. I can't tell you how much she really cared about me and my son. We were able to come up with a great divorce agreement at mediation because of all the hard work she did. I'm so glad I went with her and not an attorney with little experience.

I've had to use the services of an atty. several times in my life... it's a necessary evil. This time for a divorce... and when it came to the local atty. I looked up online and met with, I can truly say I felt 'no humanly connection' with that person... at all. Barb has been a close family friend for Years. She dealt with my child support stuff with my parents and grandparents when i was 7-9 years old. Barbara Yockey is a wonderful person and a wonderful attorney. When a family member attacked the family trust and put me in a position where I could have lost everything Barbara reviewed my case and agreed to represent me. While the opposing attorney ranted and raved and acted like a circus clown Barbara stuck to the facts and acted like a true professional lawyer. In the end Barbara made the situation go away with a simple settlement.
