John R. Tatone is a lawyer we trust. He was referred to me a few years ago when my older sister and I were in need of the following: a Will, Power of Attorney, Patient Advocate, Living Will (when to terminate life support), Funeral Directive, Quit Claim, etc. I was to be the one helping her, but I didn't know where to start. One of my main concerns was to AVOID Probate because my younger brother died a while back and I was appointed his Personal Representative, and since a few of his forms were not up-to-date or were missing --- I had to suffer through Probate. John met with us, asked many relevant questions, made good notes, made some excellent suggestions and had us give him the input needed to develop all of the documents necessary in the event of her passing. We met with him one more time to receive a package of all the documents I mentioned above. Everything was professional--- John, the package of documents, and his instructions. We felt that the heavy weight of nagging, legal concern had been removed from our life. As I first stated: John R. Tatone is a lawyer we trust. The reason I'm so certain of this is because my older brother just had all of the above prepared in a package for himself too.

I am compelled to share my experience to caution others about this attorney. During our initial consultation, he appeared exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive, presenting himself as a friend who would guide me through the legal process. However, once I paid the retainer, his behavior shifted. His focus became prioritizing his own interests, prolonging my case, and charging an exorbitant fee of $10,000—$3,000 more than other local attorneys for similar services. He persuaded me to plead guilty to charges I did not commit, which has had a profoundly negative impact on my life and future. I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. Hiring you has been the biggest mistake of my life you're absolute filth the lowest a human can sink. Last winter I walked by a homeless person it was Below zero and I felt nothing for him this is because of people like you I've lost faith in all of humanity.
