I was facing serious trouble by violating my probation with a second offense and hired bill as my attorney. He was able to keep all charges off my record which was a huge blessing. More importantly, he guided me to a great counselor who is helping me manage the problems that brought me to him in the first place. I recently went to court in Warren for driving on suspended license. Mr Bill Barnwell had my charge dropped from a misdemeanor to a civil infraction! Impeding traffic!
