I am a family law attorney (and do not handles the same types of matters as Randy), but I know Randy well enough to make this recommendation. I endorse Attorney Randy Babi without hesitation. He knows the law, he cares for his clients, and is very trustworthy. God forbid I ever need his services, but he is one of the first people I would contact if I was in trouble.

Great firm

After suffering pretty serious injuries in a motorcycle accident, I contacted Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo. My attorney, Kevin, fought long and hard for me and would not give up, even though I had lost all hope of receiving any monetary settlement. When the insurance company did not want to pay and used every stalling tactic they could to discourage me from continuing with the lawsuit, that made Kevin fight harder. Bottom line is the insurance paid out a six-figure settlement after a 1-1/2 year wait. I will always have scars and limitations from the accident, but I can now move forward more comfortably because of the tremendous work of Kevin and the Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo firm. I highly recommend them.

Excellent firm and people in general
