A complete and utter waste of time there’s no guarantee right off route they charge you $130 to even sign up and take your phone call and then they charge you another $130. 3days later for some sort of service that’s not even guaranteed/Started. My advice to anybody reading this pay your damn bills and do what’s right. This company is a joke

BEWARE RIPOFF!! the advertised $14 to pull your credit and review your case. After a couple of weeks you get your first bill for "first work" which is basically sending challenges (which you can do yourself for free) for $110. I got paid the opposite week my bill was due so I made a payment arrangement for that date. I literally received more than 4 calls a day 7 days a week from them. The first couple of times they called I told the operator I made an arrangement and they said I'll make a note but never stopped calling. Finally I stopped answering. I ended up paying the account before the arrangement date but I saw no change on my account other than a few letters sent so I decided to cancel. I chatted with someone and she kept trying to give me discounts. I said no just cancel and she said my final bill was $60! I asked what it was for and she said work we did. So I asked what work was done and she said pulling report and sending letters. So I didn't understand the initial $14 was for reports and the $110 was for analysis and letters. She simply said we sent another letter. This company is charging a large amount of money for a small amount of work and throwing fees around just taking people money. Crooks!

I am homeless and unemployed yet these frauds were ok with stealing money from me, especially after the credit bureau I owed contacted me and made me pay my debt. These crooked thieves did not give me a refund after I asked several times. Do not trust them, they do not care about helping you.

My fiancé inquired about their programs to repair credit. She cancelled the subscription which they claim she could do at any time, they maybe looked into things 3 days for her. She said it wasn’t worth the price. They claimed they cancelled her subscription and that they wouldn’t charge her. Here we are months later in the hospital and my fiancé just had a high risk c section with our daughter, they charged her on a Sunday over 149.00$ which isn’t even the cost of their most expensive “repair” effort. It’s more and she can’t call them and the bank is closed because it’s a Sunday. She has been sick and needed me to care for her so I have not been working either. They drew her account so negative we didn’t even have the money to drive home from the hospital that was 40 minutes from our home. They literally lied to her on the phone, took money months later we didn’t have. It’s just sick really. Don’t use this company, they’re not worth it. Sincerely John D & Ashley F.
