Horrible service!!! They move so slow, waist of time and money. Total RIPOFF!!!

Care more about their money than their consumers.

Here is MY experience. I agreed to their services IF they agreed not to call me while at work. They said they could text me or email me. I told them I rarely get online into my email. They said ok. They SAID they set me up for an account in their system online where I could check things faster and respond to them. However after the first log in I was no longer able to get IN. I even tried to change my info to get in. I was "unrecognized" each TIME even if it was changed. So I tried calling. I was put on hold for a long period of time and nobody EVER came to the phone. So I tried attempting to email. The first two "responses" I got were to go INTO my acct to contact them for any further issues. Ummmmm. I cant GET into my account which I SAID. The second one I tried to attempt was a direct LINK from them to me to a guys email. Each time I attempted it the email was returned saying there was NO SUCH EMAIL. So it was a fake email address. Non existent. So I canceled. With that they responded RIGHT AWAY saying they were tsking to forst $89 fee out. They said they PERFORMED "their" services by setting up an account with me and giving me an online acct portal. I told them they did not and sent them all my proof. I also told them they did not follow thru with texts as they committed to. They called and blew up my phone daily while I was at work. My suggestion? Do NOT work with these people. They do not assist with technical issues and they do NOT honor you when you ask them what hours NOT to vall during. They SAY they will....but they DONT.

A rip-off! Nothing is ever really removed from your credit. They just want money$129! I've tried to cancel several times June 27th and I'm currently on hold with a so called paralegal(really a customer service representative) and asked for a supervisor and won't connect me with one. Buyers Beware of this company! Promised a credit of $70 instead I was given a discount. Promised that I wouldn't be charged for this months services and was charged. At this point cancel the damn service. Refund me my money back! I don't want to hear about a $5.80 charge for processing the refund. Your service rip-offs hard working people. Give me my money!

They took money out of my account, without my acknowledgment, no one ever called me to mention price or anything. I only talked to one person and that was when I set up the account and he told me that someone was going to call me and go over what they are gonna do. Not to mention I already have good credit. Very unprofessional and I’m never going to use their services again.

ripoff DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!! They say $129 a month. But if you cancel they will give you a hefty final bill with hidden cost they never told you about. $250 + $129 for just 1 month.

I never had an issue with Lexington law! They are helping me allot trying to rebuild my credit back up they were even able to help me with all my student loans.

Totally on it the first phone call and I was on my way to total relief. No arguments over nothing. I appreciate being treated like I am someone important. Thank you Lexington law.

Everyone there took the time to make sure that I understood what they were going to do for me and how they could help me and they have done what they said they were going to do I'm very impressed!
