Throughout the nine months of my divorce preceeding, Ellen Paynter was professionally astute as well as kind and empathetic. These nine months fell almost entirely during the height of the pandemic so much of my contact with Ellen and with the court was via Zoom. This did not in any way inhibit the forming of a wonderful working relationship. I felt strongly that Ellen had my back at all times. In addition, Ellen allowed me to handle some of the financial matters knowing that with my background as an accountant I was well-versed in the matter. In other words, Ellen didn't always feel the need to be center-stage. My daughter had employed Ellen in her divorce serveral years ago and and Ellen welcomed her participation in a few of the calls which was very helpful in gaining an additional perspective. As I implied, I couldn't have been happier in my choice of attorney.

Ellen and Gina know their stuff! Ellen is very thorough, knowledgeable and persuasive. She knew just what to pursue and what wasn’t worth the battle.
