I have known Danny for years he is accessible but will not fight for you I had criminal cases he refuses to stand up for black people he doesn't want to be known as an attorney who will stand up for a black closet racist his nickname should be plee deal Danny He made me take a plea on a gun charge where I worked as a manager next door is a gas station I went to the gas station with a legal firearm register to the club nightclub that I was working at at the time a cop approach me between the pups at the gas station ask for my driver's license and I wasn't driving the cop lied said he pulled me over I had video Danny didn't even fight for me took a plee that still on my record today And recently September 2024 my son was driving and his friend left a registered fire arm in the car my son had no nolege of it which is a critical element for conviction carrying a concealed firearm with an affidavit from the actual owner Saying he left the weapon in the car without my son's knowledge he never stood up for my son not once for preponderance of Innocence he cooked up a deal with the Oakland county prosecutor offered him a misdemeanor deal made him stand before the judge and lie to the judge stating that he knew the weapon was in the car and he did not another plee deal back door his clients and I think it's only the black clients dont recomend useing him

I highly recommend Attorney Daniel Weberman! It's been the most difficult 2 years ever after loosing my partner Tony then my mother with a year. Daniel Weberman does not care about his customers or the people he represents. It’s all A money game.!! I understand he’s in the business of making money but he charged me $4000 for an FOC hearing where my soon to be ex-wife and I already came to terms before the meeting lol he asked for a retainer of almost $7500 and when I would not give him the rest of the retainer, he dismissed me as a customer. He likes to call and text you after hours about him sailing and his trips so he can charge you extra. Very strange individual
