This lawyer handled the closing for my house sale. He started out in a friendly helpful manner but as events and transactions occurred he conducted himself ina very unprofessional manner. He failed to communicate effectively, misstated facts, let matters linger to the last moment and required follow up, did not read an important document for the closing, showed up 15 minutes late for the closing and said nothing to all the attendees waiting for him to arrive. I am 82 years old so perhaps that affected my opinion but I had a very competent and professional lawyer for my condo purchase but a family friend recommended him for my house sale and switched to him. What a mistake and unpleasant experience it turned out to be. I am amazed that he has so many favorable reviews.

She was quite particular about just what she wanted and what her concerns were, and Jason was so very patient, listening carefully, meeting with her several times both in person and on the phone, drafting and redrafting until she was satisfied. The wording had to be finely honed, and Jason had the sensitivity, insight, flexibility, and expertise to formulate just what was needed. I was given Mr Hydra as my attorney when I hired another attorney that went to the prosecuting office. It took six months and then I called and that's when I found out they switched attorneys on me. He then postponed my divorce an additional six months. And now that I want to cancel my bankruptcy after paying him $510 he claims I owed him petition fees. He has done absolutely nothing for me. Nor would I ever suggest anyone using this man.
