Unhelpful, and a waste of money. I’m not sure how there’s positive reviews but my case was similar and i wasn’t helped at all even when my money was taken.

Do not waste your money!!! Services provided by this law group are horrible!! Incredibly unprofessional and calls are never returned! even when the office itself is the one setting "the date and time" to call you back! In multiple occasions my family and I sat next to the phone waiting to be called at the "scheduled time" just to have to call the office ourselves because the call never came! And the answer we always got was "I'm sorry, the lawyer is gone for the day, I'll have her call you as soon as she's able"... endless loop! Are you kidding me! Other one star reviews are on point as well! I agree that when they're in the process of taking your money they're on it! But once they get paid they just don't care! If your case is time sensitive find a different office! You and your loved ones deserve better!! Stay away!!!

Elizabeth is a very competent lawyer and I'm very glad I have her helping me represent many of my customers cases. She is amazing and is willing to help and work with customers outside of the state of Michigan even on zoom if needed . She has been very patient and understanding despite all the immigration issues my customers have had and goes above and beyond our expectations every time.
