Unprofessional, lack of communication, not organized, extremely rude. If you are making payments to them directly it’s best that you go through your local court. Stuart Collis garnished my pay for the total amount of my OCC bill and I have been making payments directly to their office prior to the garnishment. Stuart failed to pay back what I've paid prior to the garnishment. I called the office requesting an itemized break down of all payments received and haven’t received a response in the mail. I’m unsatisfied with his service and how he handled the situation. I would give no stars if it was an option.

I wouldn't recommend this place base on my own experience. Enter at your own risk.

Mr. Collis is thoughtful, kind, and professional. He has a big heart, yet he is no nonsense. A terrific person to have representing you. BTW he is running for Judge too so, pls be sure to vote for him!

FRAUD! Don’t waste you’re time especially if your a black woman. All they do is lie and mislead you. They wouldn’t dare do that to a black man.

I had a consult with Stuart Collis in July- he took the time to review my ‘untraditional’ case and gave me some really good advice. I decided to forego legal representation at my hearing as I had much documentation to prove I was in need of my PPO. I was able to win my case with the help of Stuart’s recommendations. If I ever need legal representation again… I will def be calling Collis and Griffon due to their good customer service and caring nature.

We contracted Stuart and his team to collect on a bad debt for an owner in Mid- Michigan, we were sure it couldn't be collected. The Collis, Griffor & Hendra team were responsive, professional and collected the full amount in less than 12 months!
