A few years ago I was appointed conservator for a family member.Shortly after that an individual trustee for his trust, both of which I had no experience. Charley and his firm were recommended to me by a mutual aquaintance. They were there for me from the beginning to his death, a journey that had many unexpected twists and turns and required a significant amount of legal advice and dealing with the courts. Charley, and the whole Pemberton team, came along side me during some of the worst times that I've experienced. An unexpected divorce that included some addiction issues and then custody concerns was handled with care and concern. A few years later when we had to return to the court room for new issues with custody, Charley was there to help answer every question and guide the entire process so I never felt alone or unsure of what was happening.
I would highly recommend Pemberton to anyone who finds themselves in a similar, unfortunate situation.
