I worked with Benjamin on a case that I was wrongfully accused of driving under the influence drug charge and refusal . He was helpful , calm when I wasn’t so calm and he was professional and most importantly he did what he could to fight for me and all charges were dismissed . I am a healthcare professional and getting the charges dropped was imperative to my future . He did just that ! I recommend him to anyone with a simple or complex legal issue . Ben and company are the best hands down! Even though this was my first dwi . I didn't really know how to handle the situation. Especially when it came to keeping my job. Found the dwi guys online. I read the reviews and gave it a shot. Even though my situation is fresh. I have received notice that my charge has been downgraded to a lesser charge. Ben took my case and I wasn't disappointed. These guys are a sham! Bad advise all over the place. Super co fussing messages they feed people on social media. Try to tell them and they block you. Do not trust these people.

Derek from the start to the end of my case was there with me all the way as difficult and complex as this was. There is a reason why the DWI Guys are rated as the top guys to go to! Derek was compassionate, easy to talk to and answered all my questions weather it was during the day or late at night. I would recommend these guys highly as they work like you and I and none of the fancy stuff. That's what sets them apart from other firms they care deeply about there clients.
