Joey is a horrible lawyer. Unprepared. His secretary Beverly is a lair and can not complete a coherent sentence. This guy should not be practicing law! Worse than Hunter Biden at law!

Joey is as good of lawyer as Joe Biden. I have heard he enjoys touching kids just like joe Biden. If you want to throw your money away use this guy!

Joe Marvin was up front with me in a custody battle. He did not make any promises but fought very hard for me. The judge ruled in my favor.

Not capable of defending him. himself. He lost me my life and Fortune. He delegated in my last minutes. Nothing good about him. He will take the side of his contemporaries and is a weak attorney. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This review reflects my personal opinion, based on my personal experience. Joe Marvin represented me in a custody case a very long time ago (2008-2010). I am now, and I was then, very disappointed across the board. An example would be the final agreement (decree). It was as cookie-cutter as they come, with no attention to detail or personal consideration for what I was hoping to achieve. With a less-than-mediocre decree, I have found myself in perpetual conflict with the other party. This could have been prevented all together, had the paperwork been drawn up to reflect our individual needs at the time. In responding to another less-than-stellar Google review, Mr. Marvins office states "Client satisfaction is our #1 priority and we welcome the opportunity to address and resolve your specific concerns." This couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact, when I called him recently to "address and resolve" my specific concerns, Mr. Marvin was receptive at first, but ironically was not interested in resolving anything. Trust me, going through a custody proceeding is not easy, but having a lawyer that makes things worse, just makes things worse. Choose wisely!

Joe did a good job on my case. He was upfront and it made the matter go much smoother than expected. Great guy that I would really recommend.

I was happy with how my divorce was done professionally and would recommend him to family and friends.

I used Joseph a few years ago, and I would not use him again. I have reached out now to him 4 times with one question that has come up regarding my outcome, and he has not responded.
