My wife, Teresa and I were referred to Jessie Griffin at Bolt Law Firm by our financial advisor, Jim Bear. We needed to create a revocable trust. It's difficult to know where to begin and just START the process so we were thankful for the guidance that Jessie provided. There was an initial meeting with a questionnaire that was provided to complete at home. A follow-up meeting with Jessie, helped us better understand a lot of the legal language that neither my wife nor I speak very well. After a few phone calls for minor corrections and clarifications to the legal team, which by the way, were VERY accessible, we scheduled a signing date. At the conclusion of the signing, Jessie presented us with a well organized notebook containing our trust with all notarized documents and instructions. The process is pretty easy once a person gets started. A very friendly, accessible and helpful office staff along with Jessie's exceptional ability to effectively communicate the complicated legal language, deserves nothing less than 5 stars! Review for David Bolt/Bolt Law Firm My experience with David Bolt was deeply disappointing. Over seven months, they demonstrated a pattern of poor communication, inaction, and unprofessional conduct. Despite repeated follow-ups on my part, progress on my case was agonizingly slow, and I was often left feeling as though I was the one doing all the legwork. When I eventually terminated their services, they tried to argue with me and act as though I hadn’t made multiple attempts to get clarity and movement on my case. Perhaps most troubling, after months of delays, they suddenly warned of an impending statute of limitations and implied urgency—information that should have been addressed and acted upon long before. It became clear that my case was not being handled with the diligence or professionalism it required. In stark contrast, my new lawyer has accomplished more in less than a month than David Bolt did in seven. The difference in communication, efficiency, and expertise is night and day. I regret not switching representation sooner.

I tried to make a one hour paid consultation appointment, but ended up being questioned by two people, just to be told I had to wait for a questionnaire that would be mailed to me, and after filling it out, only then, could I maybe make an appointment. I'll happily give my money to another attorney!
