Mr. Durkin was reassiged 2 weeks before pre-trial. He did get one charge dropped in June and set the 2 serious charges for PreTrial. It's the Felony that's the issue. My new Public Defender, back tracked to the contested omnibus on November 2nd, cancelling the trial date. SHE STILL HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE DISCOVERY. And the kicker, I was reassiged again 17 hours before my Contested Omnibus.

What a humble and nice guy!

There was a time when I found myself in trouble with a DWI, among other things and I called Giancola and Durkin Law office, and they immediately started on my case and I was nervous of course! They were talking jail time for sure! After they got started and the process went on, they were able to get me such a great deal for what I was looking at, I can't thank them enough for all their help. I hope I never have to use them for myself again, but if I did they would be my first call. Definitely recommend them, they were professional, caring, and really know the law.
