Emily is our super hero. We never dreamed we'd need an estate planner in the manner our situation came to be, but she assisted our family when we needed her, whenever we needed her. She is thorough, kind, caring, empathetic and overall a super human being. She responded to my emails with a sense of urgency each time. After having several conversations with a trust company, I contacted a law firm, and Emily followed up with me. After stating my wishes, she provided excellent information, prepared draft documents for my approval, and coordinated her efforts with my selected trust company. Emily answered all of my questions in an understandable manner. She was patient and kind during all of our encounters.

Emily Loe very quickly and thoroughly put together my estate package. And she explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had, including returning a telephone call to answer a concern I had after I met with her in her office. She is professional and was responsive to my issues.
