Can be unprepared and struggle in the courtroom
“He was not prepared for his own witnesses on the case, let alone opposition. Which meant he had no rebuttal for expert witnesses when they didn't answer the way the script he wrote did. He would stutter and stammer, generally having no idea what to do next.”
