They couldnt help me, were very stressful and blamed me for not calling them sooner which was impossible because they never met me before. Blame and shame if you have a problem landlord and they always side with the landlord not the tennant. I feel strongly that they share a "black list" of tennant's history, well it sure feels like they do.
