I had to give 1 star for the review but I DO NOT RECOMMEND Home Line at all. The representative that I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and often combative with me. After I very politely declined to answer the intake question about my race (as it's not relevant to the issue I called about and I routinely don't give it out because it can be used to discriminate), she became very angry and condescending in how she spoke to me. She talked over me while I was explaining my legal issue and then basically cut me off saying they couldn't help me. She also hung up on me as we were ending the conversation. This behavior was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Perhaps the employees need more training on how to deal with callers seeking assistance? I received no advice from Home Line whatsoever. Do not call them if you need actual legal help with anything.

An attorney promptly responded to my questions when I found mold issues in my rental property. He helped me all the way through the process. Excellent service and helpful people!

I call to ask just a simple question she call me back and was very disrespectful tone, I would call to have bad day with this she was arrogant and didn’t even let me explain my concerns once she ask me for my race and I tell she immediately change her answer and keep cutting me off I was like please I am not arguing I am just ask questions but with those kind of attitude we can’t be help we all have the right to ask several questions to make sure we respecting our neighbors and the society please train those people working there well out taxes are part of their compensation or salaries.

Kennedie was AMAZING on my phone call today (28 minutes) answered ALL of my questions and gave me different numbers for questions outside her realm. If you are a tenant and need help, please give them a call. 10/10
