I used the email feature to ask for advice on an apartment security deposit issue and received a response same day from attorney, Samuel Spaid. He was incredibly helpful and emailed back and forth with me over the next few days answering all of my questions. Because of him, I was able to discover the landlord I was about to rent from actually had taken a pre-lease deposit and broken the law by not following requirements. Even though the landlord said it was non-refundable, I was able to back out and get it refunded by quoting the MN Statute that Samuel gave me. He not only gave me the legal information I needed but also the confidence and support to be able to confront the landlord. I am so grateful!

You can't get through the phone but you can leave a voicemail. It's easier and faster if you just email them and they are pretty good about emailing you back in the next couple days
