It was alright. My issue was that he didn’t update with trans union that my bankruptcy was over. This is not in the contract but he changed on multiple credit agencies. It is very confusing when you are not told that you need to change it yourself. Part of his service, is providing information I was not informed of this. It is also fair to critique him for providing much value in doing this. He did take a payment off for it though so it wasn’t too bad. He also did apologize. I don’t think he is a bad lawyer. I just know of people who have filed chapter 7 on their own and it was far cheaper. After the the bankruptcy was discharged it was hard to contact him through email. I know that I will get a response from Jeff. I am not hating on you I am just giving other potential people who are looking to file the honest truth. It’s definitely not a 7/10 experience more like a 6/10 but I don’t have a feature for that.
