Professional and personable. Timothy Scott was so helpful when it came to making decisions for guardianship of our children (the primary reason we hired an attorney to create a will). He explained terminologies and concepts in layman's terms well for us and makes typically complicated tasks very easy. The Family Wealth Legacy Interview was particularly special as it adds a light, personal touch to the package. Even well after our work together was complete, he took the time to check in on us at the beginning of the pandemic. He has aided us in legalese paperwork and has been an all-around dependable attorney for life. Highly recommended!

We contacted TJ to set up a Trust. There are a lot of different ways to to set-up a plan to make sure your assets go to the people you want when that time comes. He explained all the different options and why it is best to do certain steps to assure the outcome you desire. I would say that my favorite part about working with TJ was his compassion when discussing certain outcomes for our estate planning and future for our children. He is also very timely when questions arise after our meetings. I feel like I made a friend in TJ from the time I met him, and I trust him to the utmost with my family affairs.
