This lawyer is absolutely horrible, at least when it comes to small estates. Paperwork needed to get the final probate court date wasn't completed. Long story short, do not use this lawyer if you have a small estate. Also, he doesn't return phone calls and cancels appointments. Buyer beware!!

Do not waste your time or money. Communication is pathetic. He may have been good once but it's time to retire. Again, if communication is important to you do not waste your money. I had to fire him because of non communication, missed due dates and because he was making proposals without my knowledge. Nothing but a wasted summer with this firm.

My experience with Peterson Law office was very different as these other reviews..... He slow dragged my family's relatively small estate..... He didn't return phone calls(or email) regarding questions I had about paperwork I needed to complete for my father's estate......

Called and spoke to Mr. Peterson in regards to issues we are having with an estate check. He answered all of my questions as well as ones I didn't think of. He went above our expectations for a free consult. I would highly recommend this lawyer for anyone going through probate. He helped us tremendously in our time of need.
